I’m an Author, Entrepreneur, Professor, Speaker, and a F*cking Successful African American Women Business Owner. 

I am an Air Force veteran, former federal police officer, and college professor. I am renowned for my published studies on the success factors of African American women entrepreneurs and my work as a cannabis entrepreneur.

I started my first company in 2007, and since then have been instrumental in launching several cannabis dispensaries, multiple CBD brands and stores. I had the #1 dispensary, and took it from zero to $2.5 Million in under six months, and $6 Million in sales in one year. I inked a deal to supply 88,000 gas stations across the country with CBD, and launched the first CBD consulting company. 

It is important to me to give back. In addition to supporting African American Women Entrepreneurs every chance I get, one of my favorite groups to help is children with epilepsy. 

So yeah, I know what I’m talking about.
